Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Products marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Fabric and texture-related issues are not considered valid grounds for a refund unless the item is clearly defective.
  • We require photo or video evidence of the issue within 3 days of receiving the product to process any return or refund claim.
  • Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of fabric/fit does not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team at Hazmarket.uae@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos and videos of the item in question.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If an item is returned used, damaged, or outside the policy guidelines, no refund will be issued, and the item may be discarded.

Right to Refuse

Hazmarket.com reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we determine that the policy is being misused or if items do not meet the stated criteria.
